About Work Flow: 

W ork Flow classes are based in the tradition of Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga.   Classes focus on safe alignment and maintaining connection to the breath.  We embrace the use of props (blocks & straps) to allow students to move in to the full expression of their poses.

Work Flow classes are non-competitive.  We encourage students to honor where they are in their practice on that day.  Our classes are designed for beginners and experienced Yogis alike with props and variations offered to everyone.

Work Flow classes are taught at a comfortable room temperature.  We believe in gradually warming the body from the inside out.  We also want to ensure you can return to the office after class without needing a shower!
